This was my first try at popovers. I thought they came out fairly well, but I wasn’t a fan of the egg taste.

  1. They look nice and golden! The egg taste fades a bit if you make the batter one day, keep it refrigerated and bake them on the next.

  2. It’s fun to try new recipes—-though not every one will be loved by all! 🙂

  3. One baker said her favorite recipe is just the same but only uses 2 eggs. She likes the 2 egg recipe better. maybe it’s worth a try. We loved them.

  4. WIth a little bit of honey, the egg taste fades into the background 🙂
